Visible alerts are displayed on the response page as soon as a product is scanned. This gives customers immediate access to important information about product recalls or safety risks. You can also be automatically notified of the system event at the same time.
These messages can be displayed at the item level in SecIdent thanks to flexibly defined rules. This ensures maximum transparency and strengthens trust in the brand.

Invisible alerts are triggered in the background without you noticing, and are particularly useful for detecting grey market activities.
If a product is scanned or authenticated outside of the defined target market, you will automatically receive a discreet notification containing location details, in accordance with your defined rules. This enables you to maintain control and respond in a targeted manner without the person scanning the product being aware of it.
